Hey everyone,

Oh man, where do I even start. God has been doing some amazing things among the squads about to send off onto the mission field and I’m ready for it. I flew out to Atlanta, Georgia for launch. Which is basically more training for everyone with specific roles. You are looking at my team’s health coordinator. Thus, I learned more about how to deal with covid on the field and also primarily how to handle and give the information on how to fill out insurance if my team or myself end up in the hospital.

The start of launch however spoke volumes. We stayed the night at a hotel and there was another group there actually. Fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. We were actually invited to one of the events of theirs and so a few of us went inside. Preaching, worshipping, praising and teaching were all going on. As we were leaving the speaker actually called us back into the room. So the few of us that were in there came back along with everyone else.

The speaker proceeded to prophesy over us stating we are a group leaving for the mission field and that we will witness people healed and demons being casted out of people. The best part of it all was he didn’t even know why we were at the hotel. As we are indeed about to embark on this long journey of declaring the name of the Lord. A whole year of no distractions and telling others about Jesus. Learning to love on others better. Learning to grow and allowing the Holy Spirit to move greatly.

On one of the nights at launch. We were handed a sheet of paper with things to check. The list was to reflect on why we felt alienated/isolated from others. Could be based on appearance or maybe even political beliefs. Thus, we took it to God and asked him to heal us from the lies of the enemy. Another part to it was great which was checking off where you may have alienated someone based off of that list of things or anything else not on the list. I tell you what, I just about broke down sobbing as I went and asked 5 individuals for forgiveness for alienating them while at training camp and even during launch and it brought so much peace asking for forgiveness from my squadmates.

I honestly didn’t realize I needed to ask for forgiveness until after a squadmate came to me and told me that they are sorry and until the Lord spoke to me. It was very eye opening and it was amazing to see everyone confessing to one another or asking for prayer from each other. After asking for forgiveness I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders and was given so much peace.

Thus, I encourage you for those who who have made it this far to spend some quiet time to reflect on who you may have isolated or alienated. Once it has been revealed to you reach out to them and ask for forgiveness. Also I encourage you to spend time with God and ask Him to speak to you and to tear down the lies of the enemy.
